Have you ever been dumped no matter what the reason was? What is the next move for if you thought you had something special with your ex. Here is the best thing to do when you get dumped and have to move on. The first thing you have to remember is that you have two options, which is to move on or to try and get them back. Now it matters what kind of relationship you were in that determines whether you should let it go or move on.Only you can make the decision in the end but these tips will help you make the right choice.

Option 1: Move On

If you choose to move on then you must take the pasty relationship off your mind because it will affect how you feel about yourself and your new relationships. One of the best ways I personally coped with this problem is through finding hobbies to keep my mind off it and keep me busy. There is always trying to look for a new girlfriend but you may feel a little down to do it so soon. I also recommend doing some yoga and hanging out with friends so that you don not feel lonely.

Option 2: Get Back Together

Now in order to get back together with your girlfriend or boyfriend it is pretty obvious that you have to try and get into contact with them. Everyone knows what their ex thinks and how they can get into contact with them, for everyone it will be different situation. The best think you can do to get your ex back is by apologizing and sending them gifts. Now although many ex’s might not want to get back together, if you feel there was something there that you can’t find somewhere else, then give it another try. If they reject you, then they reject you. Although it maybe impossible to get them back there are millions of people in the world and you have to give this dating thing another shot. You have to really give it a good try if your trying to get back together with your ex. Even if it takes months for them to forgive you, if you are driven to make it work you will try really hard.
